Processing Time: Our creations are unique and made-to-order. To work our magic, we ask for 10-12 days to prepare your items prior to shipment. During peak seasons or special occasions, like holidays or major shopping events, please allow a bit of extra time for us to give your order the love and care it deserves. Your patience is greatly appreciated, and the wait will be worth it!

Shipping to the USA and Canada: To our lovely customers in the United States and Canada, we offer FeDex International, ensuring your treasures reach you within 3-5 working days.

Shipping to Other Countries: We do ship worldwide, most of the time we use FeDex, but for some remote areas we do need to use sometimes other shipping companies. In any case we will provide all the tracking information.

Logistics Service: While our courier partners are usually spot on with their delivery predictions, sometimes, delivery times may very slightly due to factors like location, holidays, weather, or the occasional carrier hiccup. Rest assured, we're here to provide the extra assistance when needed.​

Returning Your Order: We want you to be thrilled with your purchases. Please, do not hesitate to contact us if there is some problem. We will do our best to identify the reason and offer the best possible solution. Unfortunately we do not except returns for custom orders. Custom order can be returned only if we have made an error.

Return Deadline: You have 15 days from receiving the goods or when a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product to make a return.

Informing Us: Let us know about your decision to return via email at info@customdogcoats.com. We're here to assist you every step of the way.

Return Shipping: Seller is responsible for return shipping costs. Please return items in their original condition to ensure you receive the maximum refund.

Refund Process: Expect your refund within 15 days from the day we receive your returned goods. We'll use the same payment method you used for the order.

Not Exchangeable: Keep in mind that we do not exchange or accept returns of gift cards or custom orders. Each of these is a unique treasure!
